Now that spring is right around the corner, this month I want to focus on using essential oils to help us reach our PEAK PERFORMANCE! It’s time to take those simple steps towards feeling like our healthiest and best selves.



Regardless of your level of athletic ability, I am sure you are always looking for ways to optimize your results. Whether it is incorporating a creative nutritional protocol, starting a new fitness regimen, or utilizing every resource available to reach the next level of performance.

Essential oils are powerful, useful tools for all athletes. No matter your expertise or skill level, there is an essential oil waiting to provide you extremely beneficial support.

1. Clean – One of my favorite (and easiest) ways to clean yoga mats, weights, and gym equipment is with OnGuard Sanitizing Spray!

2. Hydrate – You can also flush out toxins from your body by adding 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil  to your water which tastes great!



3. Energize – Either diffuse Peppermint  or Wild Orange (or both together) or at least inhale a whiff before your workout – your energy will be through the roof!
