I have been FALLing in love with these oils this spooky season, I’m finding that they are perfect for getting into the festive spirit and adding that extra something special to all of the fun activities happening. If you don’t have these in your collection yet, now is the PERFECT time to try them out!

One of the reasons why so many of us love Fall is because it is the time of harvest, which means a time to gather together with friends and family and a time to enjoy hearty food that will keep us warm, inside and out. Naturally, this means that most of my favorite essential oils to use this time of year are ones that will assist me in the kitchen.

When the temperature starts to drop and the crisp autumn winds start to blow, you might find yourself craving a bowl of warm hearty soup for dinner. Herbaceous oils like Oregano, Rosemary, and Basil are a popular choice when cooking soups as well as rich or hearty meals.
